The Tunisian museum attack may have been launched in North Africa, but the targets were mostly European tourists. That’s why the European Union said it’s going to take action. CCTV’s Jack Barton filed this report from Brussels.

Highlights:

  • There is concern about the threat posed to Europe from ISIL, which has gained a foothold in Libya.
  • There is also concern for the growing number of African migrants and refugees using the lawless country as a transit route to Europe.
  • European leaders pledged to continue supporting talks aimed at forging a coalition between the two rival Libyan governments whose militias have been involved in intense clashes.
