Some Silicon Valley companies are pushing for more diversity in their workforce. This comes after recent data highlighted how men are dominating the tech field. Google, Facebook and Twitter all willingly released data showing men held around 80 percent of their tech-related jobs. This has led to programs to recruit more women into tech, but what’s not being discussed is how women fare once they get into those companies. CCTV’s Mark Niu found out it is minority women who appear to be hitting the glass ceiling.
