Germany to lend Ukraine over $530M for reconstruction, public services

Germany plans to focus the hundreds of millions of aid dollars it pledged to Ukraine to rebuilding infrastructure and public services. It comes on the heels of a bailout agreement with the International Monetary Fund last month. CCTV’s Guy Henderson filed this report from Berlin.
