Leaders to meet in Moscow before Greece’s loan deadline

Greece’s Alternate Finance Minister, Dimitris Mardas, has said his country won’t default on their payments to the International Monetary Fund. Prior to the loan repayment deadline, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsi-pras is expected to make an official visit to Moscow to meet with Russia’s president, Vladimir Putin .
