Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro reportedly received over 10 million signatures on a petition calling on the United States to repeal a decree declaring the country a national security threat. The announcement came a day before Maduro is set to attend the 7th Summit of the Americas, which begins Friday in Panama City, Panama. Maduro said he planned to present the petition to his Barack Obama who will also be attending the summit.
