India’s central government cuts health spending

The Indian government recently cut its health budget by about 10 percent. A cut which is likely to have a further impact on the country’s poor who still struggle with getting access to basic healthcare. India’s healthcare budget has remained stagnant for last 10 years and a cut implies that the government rather focus on development than on it’s poor. CCTV’s Shweta Bajaj filed this report from New Delhi.
