The Brussels summit was convened after the drowning deaths of more than a-thousand migrants in two weeks. But for the tens-of-thousands who do survive the voyage to Italy. Their lives are in limbo: no legal status, no jobs and little hope. CCTV’s Stephanie Freid filed this report.
