Leaders at Arctic Council meeting say tensions with Russia will not overshadow agenda

The United States earlier today assumed control of the eight-nation member Arctic Council. The organization focuses on the needs of indigenous people in the North, as well as issues affecting dramatic climate change. It also comes at a time when tension has been ratched up between Russia and the other members of the council.CCTV America’s Sean Callebs filed this report from Iqaluit.
