UN looks to empower Colombians affected by armed conflict

Millions of Colombians have been displaced since 1985 as a direct result of armed conflict. That’s 13 percent of the population. Finding a way to help victims has been a struggle for both the government and international organizations. CCTV’s Michelle Begue filed this report on one United Nations program that aims to empower local communities.
