Obama calls for Russia’s help to end Ukraine conflict

Obama invited NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to the White House to work together to press onto Russia to meet what they said were Moscow’s commitments to end the fighting in Ukraine. CCTV’s Roee Ruttenberg filed this report from Washington.

  • Russia launched its own exercises this week. Russia’s defense ministry said its surprise inspection of a number of units included some 12 thousand soldiers, and hundreds of aircraft and anti-aircraft missiles.
