Flood-weary Texas, in the US, sees more rain

Floodwaters deepened across much of the U.S. state of Texas as storms dumped nearly another 30 centimeters of rain on the area around the Texas city of Houston, stranding hundreds of motorists and inundating the famously congested highways that serve the fourth-largest U.S. city.
