China: hacking accusations by US are irresponsible

Beijing is rejecting accusation coming out of Washington that hackers in China are behind the U.S.’s largest federal employee data breach Some 4 million current and former government workers had some of their personal information stolen. CCTV’s Roee Ruttenberg filed the report from Washington.
