Indian government to aid struggling sugar farmers

Sugar farmers in India say they’re struggling to get by with global prices falling and sugar mills choosing to hang on to their reserves rather than sell them for cheap. Now, India’s government is coming to their aid with a plan to provide sugar mills and no-cost loans so the farmers can be paid. As CCTV America’s Shweta Bajaj reported, some farmers are skeptical about whether any of that money will actually reach them.
