Many of injured suffer severe burns in Taiwan Park Blaze

In a recreational water park in Taiwan, a cloud of colorful theatrical powder blew over a crowd and ignited into a fireball.  The number of injured rose to 498 a day after the chaos at a music party at a water park, according to local health department. CCTV-America’s Frances Kuo has the details.

  • Most of the victims suffered burns over 50 percent of their bodies, and have inhaled large amounts of black carbon dust, said the health department.
