No guarantee of success in Iran nuke talks

Iran and six world powers were slowly edging towards an accord Monday, which would give Tehran sanctions relief in exchange for limits on its nuclear program. However, Iranian officials have said the marathon talks could run past their latest midnight deadline and success was not guaranteed. CCTV America’s Richard Bestic filed this report from Vienna, where the talks are being held.
