Dramatic video footage has emerged in Thailand, which police believe shows the second Bangkok bomber. A man is seen apparently planting the device at a ferry pier used daily by thousands of commuters. In Bangkok, there’s been a ceremony to honor the Chinese people who died. A week on from the main blast, which killed 20, the investigation continues.
CCTV’s correspondent Martin Lowe filed this report from Bangkok.
