Northern Iraq ups fightings between militants, Peshmerga forces

As Peshmerga forces in the northern province of Kirkuk, Iraq have been launching new assaults, the fight against ISIL is in full force with increased fighting in Iraq.

The soldiers on the ground have slowly emerged as an important partner for the United States, who has been leading the aerial-coalition against ISIL.

Recently, Peshmergas have been on the offensive, together with U.S.-led airstrikes, gunfire and explosions that dominated Iraq’s Kirkuk province.
