Joseph Chianese on incentives for film makers
While Colombia says the incentive program is paying off other places say it hasn’t been the case for them. Several studies in the U-S and Canada have found that – for every dollar of tax incentives – only about 10-to-20 cents of economic activity is generated. So, what does it all mean?
