Storm patterns wildly different for Pacific and Atlantic

This is the peak week for hurricane season in the United States. While Pacific Ocean neighbors have suffered through an awful year of punishing typhoons, the Atlantic hurricane season remains mild.

Two researchers are wondering if climate change will mean less violent storms in the future. CCTV’s Sean Callebs filed this report.
