You’d be hard pressed to find a garment today that doesn’t say ‘Made in China’. This seems to be slowly changing.

For decades China has been the top textile manufacturing hub, but wages in China have been rising and so have energy costs. That is making some Chinese manufacturers look abroad for labor.
Plants and factories are popping up in some unlikely places, including the United States.
