Colombia warns of potential humanitarian crisis

While the immediate border crisis between Colombia and Venezuela seems to have been resolved diplomatically, there is still the issue of thousands of Colombians who migrated back to Colombia.

Colombian officials warned of a humanitarian crisis if the issue was not resolved.
