US president hosts world leader summit on anti-terrorism

Stay the course. That was the message from U.S. President Barack Obama from this high-powered meeting on ISIL, attended by more than one hundred countries.

Barack Obama called it not “a conventional battle” but “a long-term campaign”, not only “against this particular network” but also “against its ideology.”

But regional leaders on the front lines of the fight added skepticism to the discussion, raising real worries about money and international will.
