Consumers angered over FedEx, UPS fuel surcharge increase

International courier/ shipping giants FedEx and UPS have announced that they’re raising the fuel surcharge on their services, a fee that’s passed down to the consumer. But the current record low drop in fuel prices around the globe has people wondering why.

Consumers have expressed anger, and e-commerce companies, who rely heavily on shipping for of their businesses aren’t happy either.
