Thousands have gathered here in Washington to mark the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March. The goal of Saturday's Justice or Else rally is to call on the United States government to respond to legitimate grievances of African-Americans. They include police reform and an end to the deaths of unarmed black men. Organizer Louis Farrakhan is giving the keynote speech - which attendees say is a much needed wake-up call.
