According to the most recent United Nations report on Global Human Trafficking, one out of every three victims are children. Most of them are girls. Many brought into a life of forced sexual slavery and prostitution.

Tackling such a widespread problem requires the efforts of various organizations. One is the Sexual Violence and Adolescent Girls’ Legal Defense. It’s part of Equality Now, an organization advocating for the human rights of women and girls around the world. We’re joined in New York by the Defense’s Program Manager Christa Stewart.
