Chinese farmers use E-Commerce to improve life

As China is making more efforts to address the issue of poverty, many rural areas in the country are now embracing electronic commerce to improve life there.

A Chinese E-commerce platform, named Lecuntao, has eyed the rural market for E-commerce and already reached into 15 provinces and hundreds of counties since it was first launched last year in July.

CCTV’s Hu Chao went to one village in north China’s Shanxi Province to find out how the E-commerce was doing there.
