Cuba’s Raul Castro to meet with Mexico’s president

For the first time in 13 years, a Cuban president will make a diplomatic visit to Mexico.

Raul Castro and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto will meet Friday in the eastern city of Merida to help ease the strain between their two countries.
