  • The student-made car gets great mileage, travels at record-breaking speeds and it’s 100 percent electric.
  • It’s not the first time these speed-loving engineers from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology’s AMZ team have broken records.  Last year, they set a world record with a car that accelerated from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in just 1.785 seconds in the space of 26 meters.
