Aid dollar spending questions arise after typhoon hits Philippines

Two years after a devastating typhoon hit the Philippines, a lot of the foreign aid the city of Tacloban has received has been in the form of volunteer work, the cost of which isn’t included in the more than 300 million dollars of foreign aid the government has accounted for.

The question people in the Philippines continue to ask is: where was all that money spent?
