This year’s summit in Paris is seen as key for the signing of a new global agreement on climate change.

Last year’s agenda in Peru aimed at reducing global greenhouse gas emissions. As world leaders are just weeks away from a deadline for an unprecedented carbon-cutting deal, small developing nations like Peru can be an example to others.
