France has taken extraordinary steps to keep people at the upcoming climate talks in Paris safe after the recent terror attacks in the city.

With more than 45,000 people due to attend, French counter-terrorism teams are working to make sure the country’s water supplies aren’t contaminated — including installing sensors at key points in the water supply network. They will monitor water pressure and chemical sensors and temperature. Any changes will be detected immediately.
