It is the economic network that would stretch from China into Central Asia, and also reach into Africa, Europe and Russia.
It’s also a trade and infrastructure network that includes the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
The goal is to bring equality and mutual benefit.
