U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry moves toward the end of his Asia tour with a final stop in Beijing.

China and the U.S. agree to move ahead with a U.N. resolution against the D.P.R.K. for its latest nuclear test. They also discussed easing tensions over the South China Sea.
