A deadly terror attack in Brussels claims more than 30 lives. And, a significant step forward in United States and Cuba relations.

There is much to discuss after terrorists attacked two locations in Brussels last Tuesday killing more than 30 people and wounding some 300.

Meanwhile, in Cuba, President Raul Castro welcomed U.S. President Barack Obama to Havana. And, their countries moved further away from the Cold War politics that have defined their relationship for more than 50 years.
