Rescue workers are racing to save more residents from the rubble of a six-story building in Nairobi after it collapsed overnight following heavy rain.

Ten people have been confirmed dead while more than 120 people were taken to hospital.

CCTV’s Kathryn Ogunde has the latest information.

Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta visited the site on Saturday and ordered an audit of houses at risk in the area.

Rescuers said around 150 families have been affected so far.

Residents in neighboring buildings were asked to evacuate. Kenya Red Cross had set up a rescue center, where families can trace their loved ones.
