Sonia Schott discusses OAS & Venezuela2

Talks began Thursday at the Organization of American States to decide whether Venezuela should be suspended from the organization.

The OAS is made up of all 35 countries of the Americas, for the purposes of regional solidarity and cooperation among its member states. But as the humanitarian crisis deepens in Venezuela, the OAS has taken actions against Venezuela to defend democracy in the region.
