Mario Juanes is a Mayan Indian activist who lives in the remote highlands of Western Guatemala where having access to electricity and running water is not always easy. And that has a direct impact on people’s health and economic well-being.

So, Mario found an ingenious solution which involves pedal-powered machines and the power of human motion. It’s changing the lives of thousands of people.
