Chinese President Xi Jinping never mentioned Donald Trump by name, but some of his message at the World Economic Forum appeared to be directed at the U.S. President-elect.
Trump, who will be sworn in as the 45th President of the United States on Friday, campaigned on protectionism and has raised questions about his administration’s commitment to climate change and free trade.
During his speech to the crowd at the WEF, the Chinese leader stressed how China’s development provides an opportunity for the world.
