Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met with reporters Wednesday at the close of the annual meeting of the National People’s Congress.  

Premier Li laid out expectations for his country on topics including the economy, financial reforms and diplomacy. The Chinese Premier said China will remain an important contributor to global economic growth and struck a confident tone about the country’s financial stability.

To discuss the highlights of the Two Sessions:

  • Keyu Jin, tenured professor of Economics at the London School of Economics.
  • Henry Levine, former U.S. Consul General in Shanghai and a senior adviser with the Albright Stonebridge Group.
