Los Angeles struggles to keep up with settling numerous lawsuits

Los Angeles is looking to take out a massive loan to pay for the increasing number of lawsuits against it.

Cases have been filed for dozens of reasons – from police-involved shootings, to disability rights cases and more.

But the city is struggling to keep up – and may have to borrow up to $70 million.
