Hacking has been making headlines around the world, especially after Wikileaks released hacked documents that have been reported to have influenced presidential elections in the U.S. and elsewhere.

In Latin America, hackers are at work day and night, on both attack and defense modes as governments, political parties, corporations and even human rights activists are learning the tricks of the trade to keep themselves safe from cyber threats.

As the cost inflicted by hackers in the region nears $90 billion a year, Gerry Hadden shows us how both white and black hat hackers are working to stay on the front lines of the internet.
