For months now, global tensions have been building over the Korean Peninsula as the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea continues to develop ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons.

Since 2006, Pyongyang has conducted five successful nuclear tests and says a sixth test could come at any time.

Bill Richardson has visited the DPRK eight times and has extensive experience with its leadership. He’s the former Governor of the U.S. State of New Mexico and former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
