Florida’s death row shows alarming bias towards minorities

There are nearly 3,000 men and women awaiting execution across the United States, and 400 of them are in the state of Florida alone.

Florida has been under heavy criticism for the way its criminal sentences are determined, especially as prisoners who are poor, and black or Hispanic, are more likely to be sent to death row.
