Allegations that the Trump campaign conspired with Russia are nothing new. Multiple investigations are ongoing both in the U.S. Congress and by a special prosecutor.
Now come fresh allegations, first reported by the New York Times, that the President’s son, Donald Trump Junior, Mr. Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, and campaign manager Paul Manafort, met in June 2016 with a Russian attorney after being promised incriminating “dirt” on Mr. Trump’s opponent – Hillary Clinton.
