Crucial China-U.S. trade talks are set for next week in Washington. Ahead of the talks, Beijing’s top diplomat in the United States is on the road, promoting closer business ties between the two countries. Speaking at the annual summer gathering of National Governors Association in Rhode Island, Ambassador Cui Tiankai said both sides have a lot to gain from working together.
