The top U.S. diplomat travels to China this week. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s trip will pave the way for Donald Trump’s first presidential visit to China later this year.
It’s an opportunity for Chinese President Xi Jinping and Trump to further develop a relationship that began warmly but has been tested by the Korean peninsula crisis and trade disputes.
