Fiji’s PM: World on track to meet Paris Accord deadlines

Delegates at the U.N. climate conference in Bonn are hailing their own progress, said they’ve worked out some of the details of the Paris Climate Accord.

But some key issues still remain as the two-week gathering comes to an end.
