From Maine to Massachusetts, cities dig out from winter “bomb cyclone”

The northeastern United States is recovering from a “bomb cyclone,” with travel virtually at a standstill from Maine to Massachusetts.

Streets in at least one New England city were turned into rivers of ice, freezing some cars in place. The nor’easter was officially declared a blizzard in several states.
