Chinese Companies hope to break into US market at CES 2018

The Consumer Electronics Show is packed this year; anyone who’s anyone in tech is in Las Vegas.

CGTN’s Phil Lavelle reports.

There are the best part of 4,000 exhibitors present and a third of them are from outside the United States. China is very well represented.

Products created in the east, are being unveiled in the West. The U.S. market is huge, and they want in.

Chinese innovation getting its chance to show off to American buyers. And they’re taking full advantage.

The American consumer tech market is worth $300 billion. That’s money that China wants a part of.
