The U.S. and Canada convened a day-long strategy session focused on bringing stability to the Korean Peninsula.
Top diplomats and officials from 20 nations took part in the conference in Vancouver, which ended in a lot of blunt talk mixed with a push for tougher action to rein in Pyongyang’s nuclear ambitions.
Noticeably absent from the meeting, however, were both China and Russia.
